Since I am a beauty junkie, and have been following it for a couple of years, I can really claim the difference between Arganica and all those other cats out there. Arganica goes directly to the source of the ingredient, and is the only one that uses the cold pressed method. Previously, I had been using Josie Maran skincare argan oil, and while the product did provide some benefits, there was a huge difference in the formulation. Arganica’s one of a kind blend of 100% organic cold-pressed argan oil infused with therapeutic grade essential oils insures it properly absorbing. Argan kernels when cold pressed supply the skin with the highest amount of nutrients to support and fortify it’s proper texture, moisture retention and barrier protection. The Josie Maran oil does not use this method, sits on top of your skin, and seems to include other additives even though the ingredients list 100% pure argan oil. Other lines such as Aveda Green Science include Argan oil, however there are many other additives, and it’s listing is towards the end of the ingredients which means the concentration and effectiveness is nowhere near as high.
After prolonged usage, one of the most noticeable benefits was a true balance in my combo skin which was completely impossible to achieve previously, now it is no longer dry or oily.
