Everyone knows I have a sicko obsession with The XX, who has been consistently matching my play list preferences.  I finally got a chance to catch their much anticipated sold out show.   The only thing I can say is it’s great to see music that sounds so good in your earphones sound even better live.  Romy Croft and Oliver Sim’s vocals are butter soft and spectacular, they had a jam packed audience singing alongside every song, and all the couples making out.  Engaging the crowd the entire show,  there is something so stripped, cool, and authentic about the XX.   They are one of those rare acts that are so inspiring that it’s clear  it’s only a matter of time before they become really huge here in the states.   Watch the you tube clip and see what you may have missed out on.
