Mind body connection revealed.

In an effort to bring in relief, I connect with dear friend and amazing trainer @eddiethetrainer to share with him the divine lesson I've been going through,He ends up sending me this video of one of our sessions to show me what I'm capable of, and reminded me to never forget. Inside each and every one of us is an athlete shining through.

A fearful time presents. Escaping is not an option. Dancing to a new tune I surrender,,, even more , and even more And even more. Nothing else can be done, except this. This too shall pass , I keep telling myself and hoping for a better day and a better outcome. A deep purification of my body mind soul heart spirit. Never before have I had to rely on source unflinchingly . I am a child of God I surrender even even more and even more….
